New vs Demo vs Used Condition
Mouthpiece Planet lists items in several states of condition. We do this to offer both transparency and an opportunity to save money for our customers. One of our beliefs is that an item that has been extensively "tried out" by several players should not be sold as "New". Below is a list of our terminology and what you will receive should you choose to do business with us.
New - Item will be unused to the best of our knowledge, excluding manufacturers testing procedures. Item has typically not been cleaned since leaving the factory, we recommend rinsing it with room temperature water and wiping it dry with a soft cloth prior to use . Item will have original box/packaging. Item will be original/unaltered. Item should have no flaws or imperfections, assuming that the maker did their job properly.
Demo - Item has typically been lightly used, but never owned by a consumer. Item has been professionally cleaned and sealed in a new plastic wrapper. Used - Item has typically been owned and well used by a consumer. Item has been professionally cleaned and sealed in a new plastic wrapper. Item may have it's original box/packaging, but not always.
