Refund policy
Returns/Trial Period
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
The customer will pay for the return shipping. If we are contacted before your order ships out we can provide a discounted peel and stick return label with your package. We can also email you a discounted return label after your order has been shipped for you to print at home. If the package is too heavy on it's return journey, you may have to pay additional shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or is not what you ordered please contact us immediately.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must appear to be in the same condition that you received it in and must also be in the original packaging. When trying mouthpieces, please use blue painters tape to protect against ligature scratching and an easily removable mouthpiece patch. A percentage of your refund will not be returned if the item is scratched, dented, dirty, broken, missing parts, missing packaging, not packed properly for shipping, it is returned after 30 days, or if the item is altered/modified. The percentage is at our discretion and should be proportional to value that the item has decreased by. Contact us with any questions.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any product described as non-returnable in it's description
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@mouthpieceplanet.com.
Sale items
Unfortunately some sale items cannot be refunded.
Rentals
There are no refunds for rented items
Exchanges
We replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different one, send us an email at customerservice@mouthpieceplanet.com and send your item to: Mouthpiece Planet LLC, 60 Davidson Rd, Bellefonte PA 16823, United States. Exchanges are similar to returns and you may not always be credited the item's full value towards the replacement item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You are responsible for packing the item properly, we recommend using the same packaging that you received the item in and also packed in a similar manner to which you received it. If the returned item is damaged due to poor packing, you may be responsible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
